2) There was a week earlier this year when I had two exams one week and I had other assignments in all my other classes so I felt like giving up, but I know that getting through these classes will give me great opportunities after college so I pushed through. I feel like I have always been a tenacious person so I haven't developed a tenacious attitude, but I've still had it for this time.
3) Tip 1: Don't procrastinate, if you don't procrastinate then it is a lot easier to develop a tenacious mindset. When you procrastinate it is easy to get overwhelmed.
Tip 2: Pay attention to class. When you pay attention, you are more likely to be more involved and when you are more involved you have more drive.
Tip 3: Stay active. When you stay physically active, you feel better about yourself and have more drive in every aspect of your life.
Graham,
ReplyDeleteI agree that it is sometimes hard to remember the peer reviews because they sneak up on you. I think the best thing you can do is to just get ahed. Exams killed me as well, having to study yet get all your wok done/watch lectures definitely requires tenacity. I loved your tip #3, staying active has to be one of the most beneficial things to anyone for anything. Staying active keeps you healthy, happy, and clears your mind of stress.
Graham,
ReplyDeleteI agree that time management must be stressed in order to do well in this course. The fact that assignments are due at noon is different, but it prevents me from procrastinating until 11:59 PM. I like that the reminder that these courses at UF will give you great opportunities helped you push through. I also agree that staying physically active helps one perform better educationally as well.
Hey Graham! Your tips are right in line with that of a successful student. I also try and stay ahead of my work in order to stay up with the deadlines. Because I work 5 days a week, it can be tricky, but completing these assignments in my free time has helped me to stay up with the very unusual deadlines. Good job keep it up!
